Refund policy

Returns and refunds are not accepted for custom/commissioned purchases. All products, (including advertised & custom) are made to order, to help reduce potential waste and unnecessary backstock. Your jewellery is therefore made especially for you! 

You, as a buyer, have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, as products have not been physically seen before purchase. Orders (with the exception of custom/commissioned items) can be cancelled before shipment has been processed.

DIVINO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
